Shipping policy
Where we ship
- Australia – we deliver nationwide.
- Worldwide – we’re happy to ship internationally wherever hemp‑derived CBD is legal. We cannot dispatch to destinations where CBD is prohibited (including, but not limited to, the United Arab Emirates, Russia, Singapore, and Saudi Arabia). Regulations change rapidly, so please double‑check your local laws before ordering. If customs refuse, return or destroy a parcel, we cannot refund shipping, import taxes or duties.
Dispatch times
- Orders placed before 1 pm Monday–Friday usually leave our warehouse the same or next business day.
- We take a break on weekends & public holidays, so orders placed then will ship the next working day.

Tracking your order
We’ll email you a tracking link as soon as your parcel is collected. Tracking may take a few hours to update—hang tight!
Customs, duties & taxes (international)
Import fees aren’t included at checkout. If your country charges VAT, duties or handling fees, the courier will contact you directly. You’ll need to pay those before delivery.
Lost or damaged parcels
Something not right? Drop us a line within 7 days of the stated delivery date and we’ll help file a claim with the carrier.
