- Unopened & unused items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
- Products must be in their original, sealed packaging and in a resaleable condition.
How to start a return (it’s easy!)
- Email us at hello@australiancbdoilchemist.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
- We’ll reply with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and simple packing instructions.
- Post the goods back to us within 14 days of receiving your RMA.
Send returns to
Orders are shipped within Australia through a local freight forwarder; however, the forwarder cannot accept incoming parcels. Please send all returns directly to our UK returns centre.

Tip: Please use a trackable and insured service. We can’t issue refunds for parcels that are lost or damaged on their way back to us.
Who pays for return shipping?
You do. We don’t cover the cost of return postage or any shipping insurance you choose to add.
When will I get my money back?
- Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as it’s done. Your bank or card issuer may take a little longer to show the credit.
